Movies have become a comfort that many have indulged in since the start of the coronavirus pandemic – so why not watch some Hollywood movies about Hollywood?

Much has been written about this David Lynch movie; most of it is just trying to figure out what happened!

There cannot be a list of Hollywood movies about Hollywood that does not feature the Damien Chazelle extravaganza – La La Land. He tells this story about music through dream sequence, piano-playing and pure musical beauty. This movie is a homage to Hollywood’s past and the dream of moving out to Hollywood in pursuit of silver screen fame – even if the dream isn’t quite what you thought it would be.
